Us

We’re a group of film buffs who want to share our passion for the Seventh Art.

Lahore’s cinemas serve a very restricted sensibility and our aim is both to share the films we love and learn from others – amateurs, film-makers, critics.

The club is an initiative of Punjab Lok Rahs, a volunteer-based theatre group in Lahore.

We aim to bring some of the prominent movies of all genres to the local audience and especially the youth.

Each Friday and Sunday, the club is showing one acclaimed movie that has established its place in cinema history.

FAQ’s:

All foreign language films are subtitled in English. “Foreign languages” means all languages apart from Urdu/Hindi and English.

Film screenings are free.

Movies are shown on a big screen with multimedia projector.

We have a very good sound system installed.

The seating arrangement is on the carpet with comfortable cushions, and the capacity of the space is about 30 persons.

Movies run uninterrupted on UPS, hence we are not affected by the load shedding.

We hope to make the club air-conditioned before the heat becomes intense.
