I understand that the films are screened in rather spartan surroundings – sitting on the floor in a room that can accommodate about 30 persons, and is not air-conditioned. One is not asking for luxury – but simple comfort.
But the range of films shown is indeed impressive, and I wish you good luck in your endeavours.
The auditorium of SAFMA at 177-A Shadman 11 is out of this world – excellent seating, cooling and acoustics; except that there is an awkwardly-placed cylindrical pillar in the middle that does obstruct vision from some parts of the auditorium. But it is aminor inconvenience, and can be avoided by arriving early or at least on time. I have been spoilt!
